These terms govern your use of the public site at about.legra.ai and docs.legra.ai. By using the site you accept them. The site is operated by Legra. The privacy notice says what the site does with your data.

The site describes Legra, publishes articles and documentation, and lets you sign up for news, write to us, or request investor access. It describes Legra at MVP, as the footer says. Nothing on it is a guarantee, an offer, or advice.

You agree to:

• use the site lawfully;
• give true details about yourself in its forms;
• not probe, overload, or interfere with the site or the services behind its forms;
• not use automated means to collect its content beyond what search engines do.

The text, images, and design of the site belong to the operator or to those who licensed them to it. You may read the site, link to any page, and quote short passages with a link back. Any other use of its content needs written permission.

The documentation says when a code sample carries its own license; that license then governs the sample.

Sending a form is a request, not a contract. We may decline to answer a message, to add an address to the newsletter, or to grant investor access, and need give no reason.

Requesting investor access is not an offer to buy or sell anything, and nothing on this site invites you to invest. Access to the investor data room follows a signed non-disclosure agreement and our approval.

The comparison pages are Legra's own view, written with an open method and sources, each dated. A vendor can submit a correction; its outcome is published on the page it concerns. The pages are provided for information and may be out of date.

The site is provided as it is, without any warranty that it is accurate, complete, or available at all times. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.

The site links to sites the operator does not control. The operator is not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

The operator may change the site and these terms at any time. The version line at the top names the current text; using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. The state and federal courts located in Delaware hear any dispute about them.
