Privacy notice

Legra operates legra.ai and decides why and how the personal data described here is processed. For anything about your data, write to privacy@legra.ai.

This site has no accounts and sets no cookies. It processes personal data only when you send one of its three forms, and it measures visits without identifying you. Each form says what it collects; this notice says why, where it goes, and how long it stays.

The sign-up form collects your email address. We use it to send you news about Legra, and for nothing else.

Sign-up is double opt-in: we send one confirmation email, and only your confirmation adds you to the list. An unconfirmed sign-up is deleted after thirty days.

Your address goes to Legra's CRM app, which sends the newsletter. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing deletes your address from the list.

The contact form collects your name, your email address, your message, and, if you give it, your organization. We use them to answer you.

Your message goes to Legra's CRM app as a record of the conversation. It is kept for twenty-four months after our last exchange with you, then deleted.

The investor request collects your name, your email address, and, if you give them, your organization and a message. We use them to prepare a non-disclosure agreement for your signature and, after approval, to give you access to the investor data room.

The request goes to Legra's Agreements app, which prepares the NDA and runs the signature. A signed NDA and the details on it are kept while the NDA is in force and, after that, for as long as the law requires a signed agreement to be kept. A request that does not lead to a signed NDA is deleted after twelve months.

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. It counts page views and the three next steps above, with the page, the referring page, the country, the device type, and the browser.

Vercel hosts this site and, with it, the visit counts. The forms are received by Legra's own apps. Nobody else receives your data. We sell no data and share none for advertising.

For any data this notice covers, you can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
• correct it;
• delete it;
• restrict what we do with it, or object to it;
• hand it over in a common format;
• stop the newsletter, at any time, by unsubscribing or by writing to us.

Write to privacy@legra.ai. We answer within one month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.

This notice changes when the site changes. The version line at the top names the current text.
