    Drive

Bring files, directories, and their history into your workspace graph.

A file system in your graph

Everything registered · Published by Legra

Enable Drive in a workspace to browse and manage directories, files, and versions. Folder structure, filenames, attachments, and history become graph resources that you can relate to the rest of your knowledge.

Drive builds on files as graph values. That platform capability stores content and reuses matching chunks; the app supplies the familiar file and folder experience.

    Bring whole directories

Import a directory tree or connect a SharePoint library. Keep the directories, files, and their relationships together, from a team's working folder to an organization's document collection.

Choose which external content to import and which to keep synchronized. A rename or move changes a file's place in the directory tree while retaining its identity and history.

    Connect documents to work

Attach a proposal to its customer, a recording to its meeting, or a contract to its agreement. Pin an attachment to a specific version when the evidence must stay fixed, or explicitly follow a file as it changes.

For example, bring a SharePoint project directory into the workspace and connect its proposals, signed documents, and meeting recordings to the project. People can find the files through that context as well as through their folders.

    Keep a website together

Store a website's pages, stylesheets, scripts, and media in one directory tree. The files share the workspace's access rules and version history, so the site stays connected to the knowledge it presents.

    Activate Drive

Select the workspace, review the app's access and prerequisites, and enable Drive. Read workspace activation for the app model.
